Andrea Anders

Anders was raised and educated in DeForest in Wisconsin but is currently residing in Los Angeles. She completed her studies at DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. She graduated in 2001 and graduated with the title of Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Between 2006 and 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her twin brother. Anders was first working in the theatre in the year 2001. In the Broadway production Proof that she played Mary Louise Parker's sub-study. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her first performance on the Arena Stage. Anders is most well-known for her work on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class as Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. The two series ended up being cancelled despite her appearance in each episode. Anders made guest appearances in One Life to Live as well as Law & Order and Tru Calling. Anders was on HBO for three seasons as Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. In 2004, she also appeared as Heather in The Stepford Wives in 2004 as well as Brandy in Sex Drive as Brandy and as Susan as Brandy in Sex Drive in 2008.
